Warnings

Heat: Use heat resistant place mats under hot food and beverages to avoid heat damage.
Chemicals & Alcohol: All chemical substances and alcohol should be removed immediately from all furniture surfaces if spilled.
Furniture Polishes: We do not recommend furniture polishes that contain silicon as they may cause permanent damage to the coating. Abrasive polishes should also be avoided.
Moisture: Moisture can cause damage to furniture coating, use a dry cloth wherever possible to clean your furniture and avoid the storage of furniture in a damp environment. Table tops are particularly at risk from moisture damage. Use Mirotone 'Spray Glow' furniture polish or similar products to improve moisture resistance.
Direct Sunlight: Direct sunlight should be avoided on all internal furniture as fading or discolouration may occur.

Furniture Care

General: Wipe with clean damp cloth then wipe dry immediately.
Dusting: Use only a soft cloth or feather duster.
Polishing: Use Mirotone 'Spray Glow' furniture polish or similar products on lacquered finishes. Excessive use of polish will leave a greasy film on the surface (see cleaning of greasy marks).
Spillages: All spillages should be cleaned and dried with a cloth immediately.
Greasy Marks: Greasy Marks can be removed by wiping the surface with a cloth dampened with mineral turps. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Gently rub over the polished surface, making sure to rub off any excess mineral turps.

Regular Care: Protect from direct sunlight. Vacuum regularly using low suction and soft brush accessory.
Spot Cleaning: Treat spills and stains as soon as possible. Gently scrape any soil or mop any liquid from the surface of the fabric. Do not scrub with a stiff brush. Apply proprietary brand cleaning agents strictly according to instructions. Test on inconspicuous area before use. Do not saturate the fabric or filling with water or other cleaning fluids. May be spot cleaned with dry cleaning solvent.
Hot Water Extraction: Professional cleaning strongly recommended. Use only proprietary brand upholstery detergent. Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents, do not wet filling for pile fabrics. Gently vacuum to restore pile. Dry in shade away from direct heat and sunlight. Allow to dry thoroughly before re-use.
On-Site Dry Cleaning: Professional cleaning only. Do not wet filling with solvent. Extract solvent thoroughly after application. Do not scrub with stiff brush. (Caution: Exhaust solvent vapour outside building. Provide adequate ventilation during cleaning and drying. Allow to dry thoroughly before re-use. Avoid use of room during drying period.
Shampoo: Use proprietary brand upholstery shampoo. Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergent. Do not wet filling. do not scrub with stiff brush for pile fabrics. Gently vacuum to restore pile. dry in shade and away from direct heat and sunlight. Allow to dry thoroughly before re-use.
